Terms of Use
The rules for using XViewer: what the service does, what you can and can't use it for, who owns the content, and the limits of our responsibility.
Agreeing to these terms
By using xviewer.to ("XViewer", "we", "us"), operated by the XViewer Team, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Last updated: October 22, 2026.
What XViewer is
XViewer is a free web tool for viewing public posts and profiles on X (formerly Twitter) and for saving media from public posts. It works only with content that is already publicly available on X. XViewer is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. or Twitter.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old to use XViewer. If you're under the age of majority where you live, please use it with a parent or guardian's permission.
Using XViewer the right way
You agree to use XViewer lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you agree not to:
- Use the service to infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
- Harass, stalk, dox or monitor anyone through the service.
- Try to access content that isn't public, or get around any access restriction.
- Scrape, crawl or send automated requests to XViewer, or use it as an API, without our written permission.
- Overload, disrupt, probe or attack the site, or interfere with other people's use of it.
- Resell, reframe or republish the service as your own.
We may limit, block or suspend access if we believe these terms are being broken.
Content belongs to its owners
Posts, photos, videos, GIFs and audio shown or downloaded through XViewer belong to the people who created them or their licensors, not to XViewer. We don't host this content; we retrieve it from X when you ask for it.
Downloading doesn't give you any rights to the content. You're responsible for how you use what you save. Personal, private use is one thing. Reposting, editing, or using someone else's content commercially generally needs the owner's permission. Copyright owners can contact us through our DMCA page.
Our own content
The XViewer name, logo, site design and the text we write are ours. Please don't copy them or use them in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Third-party services and ads
XViewer depends on outside services, including X, to work. When X changes or restricts its service, some features may stop working without notice. The site shows ads from Google and other partners, and links to sites we don't control. We're not responsible for third-party content, ads, websites or services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
No warranty
XViewer is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will always be available, error-free, or able to load any particular post, profile or file. Counts and profile details may be out of date.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the XViewer Team won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, XViewer. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim relating to XViewer is limited to US $50.
Indemnity
If your use of XViewer, or of content you saved with it, leads to a claim against us, for example a copyright claim, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages that result, to the extent the law allows.
Changes and termination
We may change, pause or discontinue any part of XViewer at any time. We may also update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
