We read every message and try to reply within a few business days.
Something not working?
Tell us:
- The link you pasted (the full x.com or twitter.com address)
- Which page you used, for example the Twitter viewer or the video downloader
- What happened: an error message, a blank result, a download that didn't start
- Your device and browser, for example iPhone with Safari or Windows with Chrome
That's usually enough for us to reproduce the problem.
Copyright and takedown requests
If you believe content reachable through XViewer infringes your copyright, please follow the steps on our DMCA page and use "DMCA" in your email subject. Notices with all the required details get handled fastest.
Privacy requests
To ask what data we hold about you or to request deletion, email us with "Privacy request" in the subject. Our privacy policy explains what we collect.
What we can't help with
We're not X and can't help with X accounts: we can't recover a login, unlock a protected account, restore a deleted post, or show private content. For those, please contact X directly through its Help Center at https://help.x.com
